At RhodeoTech, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Downloadable software or digital products
Customized or personalized items
Services already rendered
Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
To initiate a return:
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for a return authorization and instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status:
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated timeframe:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company (processing may take some time).
